Yay!! I finally finished my formal report..after 1 week?!?! OMG I can't imagine if there wasn't the one week mid-term break..We were supposed to finish this formal report within 2 weeks..fortunately for me, the 2 weeks deadline landed on the holiday week..so the teacher was kind enough to extend it and let us hand in this coming tuesday..if she wasn't so kind, I think I would have died trying to complete it..I wonder how Sin Yi will do since her formal report is this coming week..hopefully she can finish it within the 2 weeks..

Hmm..I didn't know that my younger sister actually reads my blog..Quite to my surprise..she is always facing the computer and she says that she is always doing some homework..so I didn't expect her to really take out some time to read my blog..I only found out that she reads my blog when she told me that I missed out some characters in the list I wrote in my last post..I missed out Amy Winehouse (if I spelt that correctly) and someone else..forgot about it again..My memeory is just failing me now..too young to say that now but I can be really forgetful sometimes..

I was planning to do some revision this week..but because of the formal report and my cousin was here (although for only a few days..), I didn't seem to be able to execute the plan..I always think of what if we can turn back time..I think it would be really wonderful..then you can always go back to your most enjoyable time of your life..Kinda reminds me of the movie where there is this magical remote that can allow you to make things slower or rewind things..forgot the title though..I only remember that Adam Sandler acted in it..Anyway, back to my plan..I am now only left with 1 day to do a tiny bit of revision..hopefully I can still catch up before the finally exam..I really don't want to screw up anymore exams in university..

I added a new link at under my links..I added atchie tin's sort of blog shop..She sells shirts and the earphone stuff..Maybe you guys like some things from her shop and I can try get it for you..I know she's selling these stuff to earn some money for her future education uses and for her other plans..so hopefully I can help out a little...lol..Although I think I may be of no help at all since she trades her things mostly in Philippines..

Nothing much else happening in my life..sometimes life's just boring and we can't really do much to improve it..I got to go to bed now...I still have to go to the market with my mom tomorrow morning..Many ask me why I like going to the market since it's so smelly..but I guess it's just become a part of my routine although initially I liked going to the market when I was young because I could choose what breakfast to buy..I was a glutton and still am..So I guess that's one of my motivation for going to the market...

My cousin came to singapore for about 4 days..came with my mom and elder sis..hmm went to watch disaster movie..which turned out to be really a disaster..It's funny and quite vulgar..I did laugh a lot even when the movie just started..but it's quite senseless..there's no clear storyline and it's just a mixture of movies that they made fun of..

Besides watching the movie we walked around shopping malls as usual..that's probably the only thing that you can do in Singapore...I hope he come back again next year..he always cracks jokes that always make me laugh..and he likes to make fun of me all the time..saying I am fat and I am like a boy and other stuff..But the house seems livelier with him around...

Anyway, I have been doing up my formal report for the past few days..but I still can't seem to complete it..damn it..NOW I hate formal reports..so many things to write..hopefully I can finish it by tonight and do some revision on my other subjects cause I haven't revised anything this whole week till this point of time..-_-''..wish me luck..

hmm..had my material science and physics test yesterday..back to back from 2.30 to 4.30pm..the material science one is at a computer lab too..fortunately this time I wasn't late or anything and we managed to find the computer lab quite easily..but cause there was a mini map included in the announcement so it's easier to find as compared to the life science one..hmm there were 20 questions and each question is worth 5 marks..I managed to get 75 marks which I think is ok la..At least it's above the average score of 69.11..hmm as for physics I thought it would be quite easy cause my other friends who took the test before me said that the questions were relatively easy..But actually the quetions are set by the respective tutorial teachers..Then when I got the question paper, I was quite stunned..cause it wasn't really that easy..I guess my tutor is more evil..but fortunately I still knew how to do it after much thinking..Hopefully I did quite ok for those 5 questions..

Next week is the recess week..it's time for me to start on my formal report..actually I have started a little on the formal report..hopefully I can finish it soon then I can start to do some catching up especially for my life science and maths..I am quite lost for maths..haiz..to think that it was my best subject last time but I am lagging so behind for it now..but of course I will still go out for about 1 or 2 days..XD..

That's about it..I need to continue my formal report now..

Damn..I still can't forget the fact that I actually missed my very first test..I'm still feeling down the whole day today..I wasn't in any mood to really listen to the material science lecture and econs tutorial..haiz..I feel like banging my head on the wall..argh..

Some people said that it was actually possible for me to go in even when I'm late..but the fact is, there wasn't even any teacher in sight to even beg or ask..I even tried to open the wooden door with all my might that I felt that it was going to break anytime soon..They said that I should have waited longer..but what the heck..it's over now..there's nothing I can do to change things right now..argh...Life's just like that sometimes..just have to let it go and move on..Hopefully my mood will be back to normal tomorrow or something..

So many things happened for the past few days..especially for today..

Hmm..My mom and elder sis went to Philippines and Hong Kong from friday to this sunday...Sent them off to the airport..Talked to them on the phone this morning and they were on their way to Disneyland..how I miss going to amusement parks..the other time I went to Hong Kong we wanted to go to Disneyland too..At that trip I was only with my parents..then we took the train up till the entrance of Disneyland only to realise that all we could see was people around..we couldn't even see the entrance..
-.-''..yes it was that crowded..and in the end we just took a photo at the entrance that says Hong Kong Disneyland and we headed home..lol..Hope they enjoyed their day there today..Anyways, hope they come home soon and hope they bought me some nice clothes cause I am running out of clothes to wear to school..lol..

On saturday met up with one of my primary school friends..Ended up watching Bangkok Dangerous..It's an action packed show that is kinda gory..at least in my opinion it is..The fighting scences are very clear and exciting..hmm..I would give it 4.5 stars..if not for the anti-climax ending and nicholas cage's ugly hair(he's better with short hair), I would probably have given it a 5..After the movie, went to coffeebean to have drink and went home after that..hmm I did enjoy myself that day since it's been a while since we saw one another and we had lots to share about..

hmm..today was the worst day of my life..I was supposed to have my life science test this morning at 9.30am...woke up at 7am and left the house at 8am..and there had to be traffic..reached jurong at around 8.50am and went to the house at jurong west to put my things down..went to the office to print the notes i needed for my lecture..and in the end when I got to school it was already 9.30am and I didn't know where exact building I was supposed to go to..as in I knew i had to go to the school of biomedical sciences but I didn't know where it was..damn it..when I finally found the place I was already 15min late and I was locked out of the test room which happens to be a computer lab..I was knocking but there was no teacher around and i don't think they could hear it too cause the computer lab was still a distance away...I was locked out of a wooden door which is about 3m away from the computer room..in the end I just gave up and left since I was already 15min late and no one was coming to open the door..so I scored a big fat zero for this damn test..It's my first ever test and I had to screw up by coming late..damn it I am so angry with myself for screwing up..never have I been late for other lessons for the whole of these 7 weeks and I had to be late for the first test of my university life..I really hate myself sometimes..or rather most of the time..

A lot of people told me to go fake an MC..I thought of it too when I was really upset that I was locked out of the room..but I don't think it's right for me to do that..I would rather get a big fat zero for my test than to lie and pretend that I am sick just to get an MC as an excuse..Somehow I just feel that it's against my integrity..I remembered that my mom told me not to lie and I have ever since kept that lesson deeply etched in my heart..and besides, it's not totally the traffic jam's fault..it's partly my fault too for not leaving the house earlier..So I have decided to just work harder for my other tests and hopefully pull up my GPA through the other test though this test has a weightage of 15%..I will just treat this as a lesson learnt..

Got to go study now..I have to do better for my other tests and for the future tests and exams too..

This morning the life science lecture ended early so me, xing yi and sin yi went to the NIE canteen to have lunch cause our next lecture is 2 hours later..I have to say that the NIE campus is much nicer than the NTU campus..there is a feeling of close to nature within the campus..I commented that their garden is so nice cause the garden is along the walkway and is surrounded by the NIE buildings..on top of that, there are benches with umbrella in the garden..then xingyi said that we have the Yunan garden..I have never even stepped into that Yunan garden before..haha..Anyway, back to the canteen..I was sitting at the bench when I suddenly got an sms..it's from some phone company..so I ignored it..then not long after, I received another sms from other phone company..then I realised that my phone was auto roaming..-_-''...the NIE campus was so near to Johor that my phone actually auto roamed..-.-''..and surprisingly, only my phone auto roamed..

Anyway, had physics tutorial just now..I was wondering how to do 1 of the particular question cause I spent like 3 hours thinking of how to solve it but in the end still couldn't get the answer..then the teacher solved it in a step..-__-'''...I feel so stupid sometimes..But at least I took the effort to think right? =D.. and there were several answers for the questions which was 168..then the teacher keep commenting that it was a good number..and after saying it several times, he said it's good cause it means yi lu fa..-_-''..

Something that pissed me though today at the bus interchange and the other day..the other day my lesson started at 8.30am..so I went to the interchange relatively early and reached there at 7.45am..then I was walking to the 179A bus berth and I saw a long queue so I just lined up..I stood there for lik 10 mins only to realise I was actually queueing at the wrong line..-_-''..it's damn irritating and embarassing..and I got to school just in time..hmm today was when I was going home..alighted at the bus interchange and was walking towards the 246 bus berth..then there was this woman distributing flyers..I passed by her already then she suddenly chased after me to pass me a flyer..it was something to do with facial and stuff...I know I have a bad skin problem but it's really irritating when people keep staring at me or even do such stupid actions..It just spoiled my day..

Something to rejoice about though is that I only have 3 tests next week!! weee~~~!! Initially I thought there were like 5 tests for next week..then turns out that there isn't any test for economics and maths next week..which is a good thing cause I have troubles even finishing the Life Science revision..Another good news is that on thursday I only have 2 lessons cause there won't be Life Science lecture and maths lecture..hehe..

Anyway, I got to go for dinner now..

Anyway, logged in to MSN today and saw Huimin online..so I started a conversation with her..it's been ages since I last talked to her..and I really miss her loud laughter that is so unique that you can recognise the laughter even before you see her in person..lol..but of course I don't just miss your loud laughter la..I like the way she gives advices when you ask her for her option..and of course not forgetting her funny habits and silly things she says..She said she missed my nagging..I got nag meh?! Make me sound so old can..anyway, so I added her blog on my links and she added my blog on her links too..But why she write it as LIZARD..Huimin you are dead when I see you again I tell you..

Hmm..just realised that she is studying in a private institution right now and studying a course that she likes..which is good..at least she is doing something that she truly likes and not maths or some difficult subject..cause as I know she has never really liked maths..While I was talking to her she keep saying that I know her so well..haha..of course la..know you for so long liao..from Secondary 1 till now..Really missed those good old days..I know I always say I miss the good old days, but that's cause the happiest time of my studying life is secondary school years..

Went to vivo on Sunday to watch Money Not Enough 2..funny and touching story..really pity the old lady who gave her all to bring her kids up and help them whenever they needed help but in the end only got abandoned and pushed around cause she was old and sickly..even got sent to the old folks home and eventually died cause of her son's selfishness..Although I really hated the sons, I believe this story is true in today's society..There are indeed such selfish people alive and I hope they face the same thing when they grow old..then they will realise how badly they treat their parents who have done so much for them..on the ligher side of things, the show had really funny moments and I am really glad I went to watch it..probably give it 3.5 stars..cause some parts of the story weren't really developed very well and were quite abrupt..

Anyway, some small updates..
-I kinda spoiled my handphone..now the touch screen doesn't work..-_-'''...I have to send it for repairs soon..hopefully it's still under warranty..
-My tests are next week and I have no knowledge about life science till this point of time..and my life science test is on monday!!! I have a feeling that I will be dead on monday..
-on the bright side, I have a one week break after next week..
-or maybe not on the bright side, cause I have to hand in a formal lab report by the end of the one week holiday..-_-''
-kinda finding university life a little boring right now..maybe cause I don't have a CCA and I don't really have much friends..I don't know..just hopefully the whole university life isn't so boring..if not I am not sure if I can truly survive the 4 years..

Been a little busy with school lately with all the reading to catch up...

Anyway, went out with Fiona and Uraina yesterday..at first supposed to meet at Raffles City but yesterday was the last day of Convex so we decided to change the meeting place..we were supposed to meet in 2 hours' time but the meeting place was still undecided..-.-'' (It shows how girls are undecisive sometimes...)then finally Fiona said meet at Orchard MRT at 2 and Uraina decided the lunch place which was TCC at Shaw House..

I met Fiona at her bus stop first then we went to Shaw House together..She goes out so often, more often than me and she didn't know how to go to Shaw House through the underground pass...Still keep blaming me..lol..After lunch went to shop around cause Fiona's cousin was going to be married soon and she's the receptionist, so she needed clothes and shoes..Keep walking around and in the end she didn't manage to buy anything but instead me and Uraina managed to buy a pair of shoes..hehe..

After walking around for quite some time Fiona wasn't feeling so well so we went to Toast Box to grab some things to eat and to take a rest...Then I bought the peanut butter thick toast set..then it came with 2 half boiled eggs which Fiona ate..then I suddenly thought of Yakun...then I ask Fiona, "Have you eaten at Katun??" Then she was wondering what was that then I suddenly realised I said it wrongly...It should be Yakun...-__-'''...I guess I was thinking of the Japanese band Ka-tun...lol..After eating, they started playing with the sauce and drinks..they mixed dark soya sauce, 7up, milo, pepper and some leftover peanut butter..like 2 small kids..haha..

The funniest thing that happened yesterday was probably when we were on our way home..The MRT was so packed and then when we were still going into the MRT, Fiona was hurrying me to get in cause the door is closing soon..then I said, "They won't close the door if still got people going in la.." then suddenly the door closed when I just got in and the man behind me almost got slammed in between the MRT doors..lol..it was a close shave cause any second slower and I would probably the one slammed by the door..lol..Then the train started moving and the guys behind me couldn't stand properly and they all leaned against me..-_-'''..The weight of probably 3 guys was against me..That's why I hate the crowds and I hate going out during weekends cause there are so many people..

Anyways, I really had a great time yesterday..Been a while since I went out with my friends..And we really laughed a lot yesterday..(although most of the time they were laughing at me..lol..) But I ended up not doing any homework yesterday..hehe..But it was a worthy opportunity cost since I got to catch up with them..=D
